Time to get in shape! With our popular Boot Camp Fitness Weekends you can choose from two great fun courses utilising our top coaches and fitness instructors with vast knowledge and experience in this field. Choose from Serious or Relaxed (basically, no booze or with booze!). Fun and laughs come as standard on both options of course, it is a Shaggy Sheep Wales weekend after all! Groups are assessed and consulted from your arrival to ensure you gain the most out of your trip.
1. Our serious fitness option is a full-on, extremely active break with strict emphasis on a controlled and healthy diet too, with regular exercise and surprise events to try and get you into a good eating and exercise habit to carry forward for the future. We hope to give you confidence in keeping up some of the exercises and easy techniques you will learn during the weekends course.
2. Our casual fitness option, includes all the principles and content of the serious option, but as you may be a party group, we will allow you to get the beers flowing of an evening.
