Deposits - Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, but can be used against a future booking. They can be transferred to another member of the party as a deposit only, but not as a balance payment. Balance payment - Balance payments can be refunded only if we receive your cancellation request more than 3 weeks before the arrival date.

If you are suspected of having consumed alcohol before an activity then your session may be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Although staff are very safety conscious and have adequate public liability insurance, we advise that you have adequate adventure travel insurance before the trip.

In the event of unsuitable weather conditions your activity may have to be substituted with another, although this is generally unlikely.

There is a danger that you will have such a good time that you may return again.

Once we receive your non-refundable booking deposit, we will reserve accommodation and instructors for your chosen dates and send you a detailed itinerary with directions, kit list, evening and nightlife options, together with details of how to pay the remaining balance due for your weekend.
